Come and join us this Autumn/Winter. We have some fantastic items for this seasons must haves! Get this seasons style for a lot less, we have those must have key pieces including tartan scarves, skirts and handbags, pinafore dresses and boucle cardigans.

 These key pieces are in our ladieswear department, but we also have some must have items in our unique Attic Emporium! Come on, visit us and see what you can find!

We need you to think of us when you are emptying out your attics... 
We would really like to fill our wonderful Attic Emporium up but we are struggling to get donations of quirky, vintage, retro and antique items.

What you may see as odds and ends another person may see as a treasure. So make someones day by donating your bric a brac, clothes, books, household items, toys and games to us and help raise money for a wonderful charity.

Welcome Freshers! Come along to our wonderful charity shop at the top of Lincoln High Street. Find some great bargains on designer labels, wonderful new goods great for those who love shabby chic and stumble into the past by discovering our Attic Emporium. Whether you wish to decorate your room unique to you or find an outfit that no one else may have take a little time to visit our fabulous charity shop, see what you can find! 

Anything you like in the window displays just ask in store for prices and if you would like to reserve anything.

Steampunk 2013

For one weekend our local streets of Lincoln are transformed with people wearing ingenious outfits. With inspiration from the Victorian times, American West, 1950's and an Alternative World here comes a world of fantasy. 

Come and see what we have in store... So many unique individual items ready and waiting just for you. 

Also in store... We are loving the idea of tea duelling, so much so we dedicated a window to it.  Come and see for yourselves.

Get ready to come and join us for Steampunk 2013! The countdown begins...

Top to Toe Vintage

Come and join St Barnabas for this fantastic one off Vintage Fashion and Lifestyle Event! Pop in to our store to purchase a ticket and while you are visiting why not check out our wonderful new Attic Emporium!

Top to Toe Vintage will have a mix of Vintage Fashion and Home stalls, where many wonderful items can be found! From hand crafted bags, jewellery, accessories, an assortment of vintage inspired fabrics, designs from Cute as a Button, vintage inspired jewellery using up-cycled vintage beads, cards using vintage fabrics, haberdashery, vintage inspired prints, vintage inspired gifts for the home, collection of knitting, sewing books and magazines from the 50’s and 60’s plus our yummy homemade cakes and lots more vintage inspired goodies. In addition to all these wonderful things there will be demonstrations for shabby chic furniture as well as hair and make up styles!

Plenty to be seen and shopped by all! There will also be some wonderful entertainment. Go on you know you want to go! There's even a raffle where you can be in the chance to win vouchers for the Double Tree, Hilton and many more amazing prizes! So come in to our store and purchase your ticket before they all go! The Attic Emporium

Our Attic has relocated! The newly re-decorated Attic Emporium is now open! Come see the amazing new areas and see what fabulous items you can find!

Our war time area is filled with wicker baskets, pictures, mens hats and jackets, 1940's fashion for the ladies and many more little trinkets. 

The fabulous retro area is bright and bold with amazing key fashion items and accessories.

Please come and see what you can find! We have so much more space that has been filled with so many more beautiful items!

New To You

Happy Friday everyone! 

What a scorcher this weekend promises to be, and with that in mind we've worked really hard to bring you some fantastic new ladies fashion in wonderful, bright summery colours. We're open all weekend so don't forget to pop by and grab a bargain as we have all your favourite high street brands including H&M, Zara, Jeager and even Michael Korrs (to name just a few)! 

We've also totally revamped Menswear to keep our dapper gents looking. well.. dapper! There's many a pair of designer jeans and shirts to be found, along side some fab accessories and some perfect gift ideas.

This last week saw a huge run on our fantastic selection of furniture, so yesterday we received six new pieces of quality vintage/retro pieces. We particulary love the vintage Laura Ashley Chesterfield.

You Are Invited!

If you didn't know already, we are hosting a late night vintage shopping event on Thursday 14th March from 6-9pm to launch new season stock, with the help of Hair & Beauty students from Lincoln College, as well as Photography students from the University of Lincoln.

Spring Colours

Despite the mixed weather we've had lately, we're getting really excited about Spring being round the corner and have injected some lovely fresh colours into The Attic to brighten up these bitterly cold days. Not to mention that love is in the air with Valentines Day in less than two weeks. 

If you hadn't already noticed, we like to have fresh flowers in the shop and try our best to get as much life out of them as possible. This extends to once the flowers have dropped as we make confetti using the dried petals. It's really easy to dry petals if you haven't done before. Simple carefully remove the head of the flower from the steam, and gently pull the petals away. Lay the petals out on a try (or similar large surface) being careful not overlap the petals, and leave in a warm dry place. Voila - you're own homemade confetti. 

Coloured glass and dinner services made from oddments are super fashionable, ever-so practical  and most importantly, mega affordable. We have a wonderful selection of vintage glasses om all shapes, sizes and colours which all look stunning together and make a great talking point when entertaining. 

Finally, we have some fab new items of clothing in our Attic wardrobe - but hurry as they're already flying out!

Frock On

Stuck for what to wear for your Office Christmas Party and left it far too late in the day to find something new? We have an array or Party Wear in all styles and sizes, from the classic LBD to strapless sequin numbers.

We particularly like these two blouses, teamed with classic black jeans or leather look trousers to add just enough shimmer and sparkle all the while feeling comfortable and yourself. 

Man Up Friday!

This week has seen some great individual pieces for you boys out there!

As usual, some amazing vintage and retro jumpers are coming in, this one in particular was our favourite, made in Norway its bound to be cozy and ready for cold days! 

Also getting some great unique coats and jackets in, modern and retro. 

And to accessorise it up some brilliant braces just in, patterned and plain!

Hey Good Lookin'

If you called by the shop last week you'll have noticed we've been busy making improvements to your shopping experience this Christmas. We've extended Children's toys and games, as well as adding loads of puzzlea and games for you adults too, not to mention the re-introduction of 'Bric-a-Brac' for fun and unique Christmas Gifts. We've also condensed but strengthened Menswear and accessories, giving you dapper gents more choice of quality items.

Upstairs in The Attic we've had some lovely pieces of furniture in, as well as some great home accessories which have been flying out as quickly as we put them in!! Don't forget, we've also got some stunning Vintage & Retro clothing, perfect for a distinctive look this winter, or an eye-catching Christmas Party outfit?
